Piers Thurston, Co-founder

Jonathan leads the REALISE and PRECISION areas for MCW. He is a highly successful culture and behavioural change professional with considerable strategic change and operational Organisation Development skills. He has 15 years’ change management experience with expert and award-winning relationship management skills specialising in gaining buy-in from stakeholders. He is an accomplished facilitator, NLP master practitioner and a professional (Law Society) mediator. He has considerable international experience within both the Public and Private sectors.
Piers leads the INSIGHT business for MCW. He is an established personal & business coach, with over 6,000 hours experience. He also designs and facilitates workshops in mindset transformation, innovation, strategy alignment, and leadership across the world. After reading law at Durham University, Piers worked in marketing and innovation with large FMCG companies. He is a graduate of the Three Principles Professional Institute and SuperCoach USA, and an ex NLP trainer. A thought leader in the field of state of mind in business, he is also a skilled facilitator of coaching skills in others, having trained and mentored over 750 coaches.

Charral is a communication and engagement specialist and gets involved in all aspects of change management projects, internal engagement and business transformation interventions. Charral has considerable experience in growth strategies and programme design in industries such as banking, automotive, ITC, retail and training. She translates business objectives into engagement strategies and curates suitable comms content linking it to measurable ROI. Charral has worked client-side and with creative and digital agencies. She has lived and worked in the GCC for the past 20 years. She is British born with indigenous ME exposure and speaks Arabic fluently. She has a BSc. in Computer Information Systems. Charral was an engagement judge at the IBX (International Business Excellence) Awards in 2018. Charral’s engagement strategies cover employee engagement, social strategies, digital and workshop interventions.
Trevor is a practitioner whose approaches and tools set the professional standard for benefits-led strategy, portfolios and programmes. With more than 24 years of experience in establishing consistent, transparent and benefits-led strategy, portfolios and change projects, Trevor can help you drive transformation and change, reduce of costs and implement successful IT, Information Management and benefits realisation. Organisations such as diverse British Telecom, Social Work organisations, financial institutions, Chemical, Seed and Waste management companies use his approaches and tooling.
