Our People

We value diversity in our people because its smart business.

We know the importance of having consultants with seasoned ‘on the ground’ experience and expertise, so we use an associate model that gives us the flexibility to tailor our project teams delivering the benefit of the most appropriate and skilled resources for you. Our associates all run their own businesses and choose to work on our MCW projects, so you, as our client, get a fully engaged empowered team.

We will challenge you, because we want you to get the very best value from working with us, and sometimes that means illuminating blind spots on the best way for us to work together.

We have an associate bank of versatile behaviour change experts. We are consultants, trainers, coaches, facilitators and innovators. Sometimes we just wear one hat, and other times we are swapping hats responding to the need in moment. It is our expertise in working with Quality of Mind,  an ability to understand the nuance of the human factor, that enables us to produce effective solutions.
